Bridget and PJ 7/25/2009
I had an awesome day on 7/25/09. I documented a very fun, and energetic couple. The bride was Bridget and the Groom was PJ.
This was the first time I had to pleasure of working with a second shooter! Molly came along to learn about wedding photography. She nailed some great shots! Both images of mine as well as Molly’s are here for you to view!
When we arrived, Bridget was all ready to go. So we headed right out to the beautiful yard for some photos of the girls.
It was apparent from the start that this was going to be a fun day. Bridget was in a great mood.
We left the house and were off to meet with PJ at Holy Rosary Church. Fr. Edwards was going to be the priest for this ceremony. I love this guy! He is very down to earth and genuine. He was with PJ as we arrived.
Once Bridget was on site …the ceremony was underway.
Line up, Ladies……game on!
Fr. Edwards led a very nice ceremony …vows were exchanged, some tears were shed and all was well!
A Bag Piper participated in the nice ceremony as he played while our newlyweds exited the church.
After some more formal images in the church, we headed to Nay Aug Park. The entire wedding party was very excited and had a lot of fun!
After a short stay at PJ’s parent’s home, everyone headed to the Scranton Cultural Center. You can’t find a bad spot for a photo in this beautiful building. We wondered a bit to get some pretty cool shots.
Let me just say….this group knew how to party! The B Street Band provided the entertainment. A lot of ” The Boss” was played was just the right mixture of other tunes by other bands.
Thank you Bridget and PJ ! I had an awesome time with you. Thank you Molly as well…you did a great job!
